Workouts are so personal — maybe you enjoy self-paced or flexible virtual workouts that “gamify” consistency, or perhaps in-person classes that offer a sense of community and real-time feedback with a coach, etc. Either way, habits are built one step at a time, and SMART goals help create a clear vision of what you want to accomplish.
ClassPass is great for exploring in-person options in your area. Personally, I felt great alternating [solidcore] and hot yoga.
Caroline Girvan and Yoga with Adriene are fabulous — and free — options to explore strength training and yoga at home.
